Return/Refund Policies

Return Policy

Once an order is placed and confirmed for shipping, cancellation is not possible.

Upon delivery, customers are kindly asked to inspect the order in the presence of the shipping courier.
If the customer chooses to return the order at that time, the shipping fees will be covered by the customer, except in the following cases:
 • Incorrect item received
 • Manufacturing defect

In case of an error from our side or a confirmed manufacturing defect, AURYN will cover the return shipping fees.

 

Refund Policy

After successfully receiving and inspecting your order, you are eligible to request a refund within 2 days only from the delivery date, under the following conditions:
 • A manufacturing defect that was not visible at the time of delivery
 • The size does not fit

In these cases, the customer may request either:
 • A refund, or
 • An exchange

Refund and exchange requests are subject to the following conditions:
 • Products must be unused and in their original condition
 • All tags must remain attached

All refund or exchange requests will be reviewed within a maximum of 3 business days.
Once approved, the refund will be processed or the exchange will be arranged accordingly.
